Hydraulic Breaking Hammers

Different vibrations, forces and noise generated in different parts of the hammer require elastomers of different hardness and properties to be designed for optimal vibration damping and sound absorption.

The different colors in the picture represent the different hardness and properties of the elastomer components.

Tested polyurethane vibration damping hammers have a significant noise reduction of 18~20dB(A) during operation, and the vibration transmitted to the boom is reduced by up to 80%. This effectively reduces environmental noise pollution and minimizes vibration damage to the equipment, thus significantly increasing the service life of the equipment.

Kubis products are used in the manufacture of conveyor rollers, scrapers, sweepers and shields used in mining and beneficiation processes.
